We understand that from time to time your booking may get affected due to COVID - 19. In such cases, we make every possible effort to keep you informed and to provide you with the level of service that you require so that you can manage your bookings and plan around these unforeseen circumstances.
The safety and wellbeing of our guests is a top priority for The Residency Hotels.
Change and Cancellation Fees:
- Existing Reservations for upcoming travel between March 17th to April 30th 2020 changed or cancelled at no cost before 24 hours of your scheduled arrival
- New Reservations for any future travel between March 17th to April 30th 2020 can be changed or cancelled at no cost before 24 hours of your scheduled arrival.
The Reservations can be changed or cancelled through our website before 24 hours of your scheduled arrival.
As part of our commitment to cleanliness we are taking necessary precautions such as Hand Hygiene, Training on Housekeeping Hygiene and protocol, Covid-19 awareness training to our Associates.
As far as Guest rooms, public areas and Back of the house are concerned we have the process in place with cleaning products and protocol.
